Selling the 2BHK flats in GCC Galaxy was a challenge due to the highly cluttered real estate market in PCMC. The project is located in Ravet, where there are many other competing projects.
After thorough competitor research in and around Ravet, we realized that our project is well-planned and well-priced in the vicinity and hence, did a campaign on these lines.
The message ‘Well-Planned. Well-Priced.’ Was clear and concise with no non-sense, resulting in a fantastic response to the campaign. The client received a large number of site visits.
